However, we may be unable to deliver to certain remote regions, islands, or limited-service areas, including locations such as Hawaii, Alaska, and other remote territories depending on carrier availability.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days following order confirmation. During this time, orders are prepared, packed, and transferred to the shipping carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, customs delays, holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD.

For orders below $150 USD, our shipping costs are the following:

Priority International Shipping:

  * Order under $150: $19.99
  * Order above $600: $39.99

Shipping Carriers

Forma Dekor works with a range of trusted international carriers, including China Post, USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The shipping carrier used for your order may vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and package dimensions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link that allows you to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to become active after dispatch.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Forma Dekor is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local carrier. If the issue persists, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

While Forma Dekor is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
