Return Policy

1. Overview

At Forma Dekor, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below. All returns require prior authorization. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within the specified return window under the following conditions:
Non-defective items: Eligible for return under our 14-day money-back guarantee if you no longer wish to keep the item.
Defective or damaged items: Eligible for return if the item arrives defective or damaged.

Custom-made or made-to-order items, including products with specific sizes, finishes, or modifications, are not eligible for return.

3. Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

4. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In their original packaging
  • With all original components, accessories, and tags included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


5. Return Authorization Process

To request a return, please submit a request through our Return Request form, contact us at support@formadekor.com, or reach out via our Contact page. Please include your order number, a description of the reason for return, and—if applicable—clear photos showing any defect and the packaging. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

6. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Non-defective returns (change of mind): Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees. A 15% restocking and repackaging fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Defective or damaged items: If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, Forma Dekor will cover the cost of return shipping, provided the return is requested and shipped within the 14-day return window.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of placement. After this period, processing may have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.

9. Installation & Certification Disclaimer

Our lighting products are manufactured using high-quality components; however, certain fixtures may not carry full UL certification as complete units for every country internationally. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local installation requirements. Returns will not be accepted based on certification or installation-related concerns.
